Child-friendly accommodation 15 minutes from Trondheim

Great detached house with good sun conditions in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. Here you live close to great hiking and biking areas, only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop and about a 15-minute drive to both Trondheim and Orkanger. In the immediate vicinity you will find a grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, fitness center, tanning salon, gas station, as well as a restaurant and bar. The first floor consists of an entrance, guest toilet and a large and open living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. From the living room there is an exit to the porch. Where you can enjoy the evening sun. In the basement you will find a small basement living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room. From one of the bedrooms there is an exit to a terrace with a barbecue, seating area, and garden. In the loft, you will find an extra bedroom with a double sofa bed Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire home. This is our home, and we live here on a daily basis. We think it's nice to be able to share it with you when we're on vacation or at the cabin. The garage will not be available during your stay. Since this is the home we use on a daily basis, the closet, pantry, refrigerator and freezer will contain our personal belongings and food. This means that these storage areas have limited space available for guests. Of course, we will make the home clean and tidy before your arrival and make sure that you still have plenty of space to store what you need during your stay. In the attic, a double closet is available if you want to hang or store clothes. There will also be cleared space in a couple of drawers in the freezer, as well as plenty of space in the fridge for food and drinks. Should you have forgotten salt and pepper or other simple basics, you are of course welcome to use what is in the kitchen for cooking. Other things to note Clean bed linens will be provided for the agreed sleeping areas. Used bed linens are to be removed and placed on the floor in the laundry room before departure.
