Welcome to the “de Fründehuus” vacation home! This spacious house can accommodate up to 9 people and has 4 cozy bedrooms. Measuring 144 square meters (1,550 square feet), the house is spread over two floors and offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay in Ochtersum. Other things to note Welcome to the Fründehuus; it offers you everything you need for a truly enjoyable vacation: South-facing terrace with canopy, lounge area and windbreak, secluded lawn for sunbathing, garden furniture, parasols, foosball table, darts board The cozy, approximately 60 m² living/dining area, featuring a fireplace and underfloor heating (for cool fall and winter days), provides space for convivial gatherings. You will find bathrooms (accessible showers) and a toilet on the ground floor and upper floor, as well as a washing machine and a clothes dryer. Upstairs, there are three cozily furnished bedrooms, including a family room with up to five sleeping places (two of them on the mezzanine); a travel cot and child safety features are also provided. All utilities are included in the price. Bed linens and towels can be booked separately.
