Guest access 📍 Access & Location How to get to the property: Bmaison City Studio is located in the heart of Filippiada, offering direct and quick access from the main roads of the area (Ionia Odos / Arta - Ioannina National Road). From Arta: It is only a 15-minute drive away. From Ioannina & Preveza: Access is direct and convenient in about 35-40 minutes. Check-in Procedure: For your maximum comfort and flexibility, entry to the studio is via the Self Check-in procedure. A few hours before your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions and the exclusive code for the [lockbox / smart lock] at the entrance. This way, you can arrive at any time you wish after the scheduled check-in time, without worrying about delays in your trip. Parking: Parking around the accommodation is free, and you can easily find a spot on the public street right in front or a few meters away. Other things to note 🐾 Pet-Friendly: Your four-legged family members are welcome at Bmaison City Studio! On the property, you will find special bowls for your little friends' water and food, as well as excellent treats.
