Fully furnished, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (King bed & sofa bed), spacious living room with sofa bed, dining & lounge area. 2 bathrooms, fresh bedding & towels included. Baby bed/chair on request. Parking €15/day. The space This is a three-room apartment with two bedrooms and a living room. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used for sleeping. It is a very comfortable and beautiful apartment. Guest access First floor You can enjoy a nice garden area near the house and a beautiful view Other things to note Dear Guests! Please note that according to German law Bundesmeldegesetz §30 (special registration forms for accommodation), you are required to complete and sign a registration form upon arrival at our apartments. We also need a copy or a photo of your passport, which must be sent via the Airbnb messenger. This procedure is mandatory for identity verification and security regulations. ⸻ Check-in & Check-out • Check-in: from 15:00. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible with prior confirmation from the host and requires an additional payment of 15 € in cash, as we need to send two cleaning staff to the apartment. Late check-out is possible until 13:00. • Check-out: no later than 11:00, including removal of all luggage, unless otherwise agreed with the host. • When leaving, please double lock the apartment door with the key and return it to the lockbox next to the main entrance. • Failure to follow the check-out rules will result in a minimum charge of 50 €. • Please leave the apartment in the same condition you found it: dishes washed and garbage taken out.
