The 50 m2 pool and its pool house equipped with a summer kitchen, shower and dedicated toilet await you to fully enjoy the outdoors. The pool is heated in spring and fall depending on the weather. The pool is not heated during the winter season. A petanque court, a volleyball game, a ping-pong table are available for your entertainment. The fully renovated kitchen with a large stone counter, as well as the large living room await you to meet for a friendly moment. You have 6 spacious and cozy bedrooms equipped with very comfortable and high quality bedding, 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets. All the bedrooms have AC. In the bathrooms and toilets, shower gel and soap are available. 2 GB Fiber available. Detailed description: In the main house, the large living room welcomes you with its entrance, the large 80 m2 living room equipped with 3 sofas and several armchairs, a large TV. The kitchen has been completely redesigned with a Mareuil stone countertop. It is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a large stove, an oven, a microwave and an additional under-counter refrigerator. A Nespresso coffee machine and a classic filter coffee machine, as well as a kettle and toaster. On the ground floor you will have 3 bedrooms each equipped with 2 beds 90 x 200. Also on the ground floor you have a bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks. And a separate toilet. There is also a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer with a toilet and sink. Upstairs of the main house is a cozy master suite with a double bed 160 x 200 and its own bathroom with bathtub. On the mezzanine, a sofa bed for 2 people 140 x 190. In the outbuilding you will find in the entrance a coffee maker, kettle and fridge-freezer. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Also in the outbuilding on the ground floor, a master suite with a double bed 160 x 200 and its walk-in shower and toilet. And finally on the first floor of the outbuilding, a bedroom with 3 beds 90 x 200. The pool with its large fully equipped pool house (grill, sink, fridge, 2-burner gas stove, dishwasher) with shower and toilet. The pool is heated during certain seasons. Large terraces await you outside the house to enjoy the garden and nature in peace. The house has a large field for many outdoor games: a petanque court, a ping pong table, a volleyball game... IMPORTANT: the accommodation is non-smoking and in order to preserve the calm of the hamlet no parties or gatherings are allowed. Thank you for your understanding in advance. Check-in time is between 4pm/5pm and 8pm. The schedule is flexible depending on the use of the house before your arrival. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. on weekdays, however checkout can be done until 2 p.m. on Sundays. Check-in is from 4pm on weekdays, and from 5pm on Sundays. For summer periods from Saturday to Saturday, check-in is from 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Guest access "Myladenia Maison Gaia" has been designed for stays of up to 13 people maximum. Parking on property is possible for multiple vehicles. Other things to note The house is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The entire ground floor of the main part is on one level. The pool is heated only at certain times of the year. Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms. Important information: all parties or other nuisances are strictly prohibited. Key collection is from 4pm on weekdays, and from 5pm on Sundays. Check-out is at 10am on weekdays, however we offer 2pm on Sundays. Specifically in summer, from Saturday to Saturday, check-in is from 4pm and checkout is at 10am.
