A cozy place with atmosphere and great accessibility! The Powerspace is the ideal home base to comfortably start all alpine outdoor activities or explore the old town. The climbing gym and the Tivoli Olympic Center are nearby. You can be anywhere in a short time and distance: in 15 minutes' walk in the center or by bus around the corner in the mountains all around. Parking is easy: Your car will find a safe place on the street right in front of the house! Guest access The nature-connected 120 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor and is nestled all around in a garden. It has - an anteroom with wardrobe and slippers. - One bathroom with shower, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer and washing machine (5 euro fee per wash) (Info: I may use the washing machine temporarily) - Two separate toilets . Fully fitted kitchen with stove and oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher - Dining area for 6 to 8 people The dishes and tools for good meals can be found in cabinets and the ingredients in the supermarket BILLA next door. In warm weather, you can eat and drink outside under the open air! Our high-speed wifi is available from 6am to midnight and on request also longer. In the 90 m2 POWERSPACE bedroom, you and your loved ones can sleep on comfortable mattresses. Standby chairs are used as a clothes rack. Here are also prepared for towels, additional pillows and, if necessary, a cozy extra blanket. Non-smoking apartment! Please pay the local tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night in cash.
