Bella’s Breeze is a bright 1BHK on the 9th floor in the heart of Manjalpur, lovingly managed by my mother, Bella & me. Just 10 minutes from Vadodara railway station, this inviting home is perfect for families, business travelers, tourists, and professionals. Step outside to Vadodara’s vibrant local food scene right at your doorstep. Inside, the home offers a calm, safe space, where every detail, from cozy furnishings to modern amenities, ensures you feel at home, relaxed, and well cared for. The space This bright 1 BHK is on the 9th floor, offering a peaceful and airy atmosphere. The spacious living hall is bathed in natural light and opens onto a scenic balcony with a charming swing. The home features a functional kitchen equipped with a hot water kettle, basic utensils, a two burner gas stove, an OTG oven, a fridge, an RO purifier, and essential cookware, plus a small dining area. The bedroom is a serene retreat with AC, a work desk, a small wardrobe, and large windows. It includes an attached bathroom as well as an additional guest toilet. Throughout the home, you’ll have high-speed Wi-Fi. House it equipped with smart TV with amazon prime, streaming apps and safety features like a fire extinguisher, fire exit, and first aid kit. As your ever-ready host, I’m here to help at any time, ensuring you have a comfortable, safe, and memorable stay. Other things to note Any kind of couples are most welcome, irrespective of their marital status. Unfortunately, No locals are allowed. Visitor Guidelines: For the safety and registration requirements of our residential building, we ask that you request prior permission from us if you need to invite any outside guests or visitors over during your stay. We are completely open to discussing this and accommodating changes based on your needs, but prior approval and verification will be required before any visitor enters the premises. Power backup: the whole house is not connected to power backup; only lifts and lobby lights would run on the generator. Power cut off might happen due to extreme weather or maintenance work. Water supply: usually there is no issue with water supply but sometimes if there is maintenance working happening anywhere in building then they notify us prior and cut off water until it is resolved. Pet: only small size pets are allowed.
