The master bedroom is a spacious & tastefully presented space to relax and unwind, with a comfortable king size bed & built in wardrobe. The second bedroom is perfect for children or additional guests with two single beds and a large built in wardrobe. The bathroom is large and comprises of power shower over bath complete with shower screen, toilet, bidet, basin and mirrored cupboard. The kitchen area has everything you need to make fantastic dinners or prepare drinks to be enjoyed on the terrace and it also has direct access to the utility room where guests will find our washer/dryer. The living/dining space is a good size and comprises dining table, large sofa (which doubles as a sofa bed for additional guests), and a large Hdtv with English & Spanish channels. Tv has Iptv /Smart Tv with access to Amazon, Netflix and YouTube. We also offer use of a hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner, iron/ironing board as well as padel bats, golf clubs a selection of games. The terrace is a fantastic size and is where most guests happily spend their evenings, relaxing on the outside furniture and sipping a glass of champagne! The perfect place to sit, relax, read, eat & drink or ponder how much you're not looking forward to leaving! Within a short walking distance of the apartment (Approx. 5 minutes) you'll enter the Mar Menor Golf Resort where you will find a well stocked Spar Supermarket, several Padel/ Tennis courts, a fun animal themed crazy golf course, children's play park, fitness trail and more. The 5* Hotel is also located on site with a gym & spa inside, plus multiple pools. The community pool is due to open July-Oct 2020 however this may change, please ask for further info. Inside the Mar Menor Golf Resort (next door), you will find Club Mmgr where you can pay a small day fee to access the facilities including heated swimming pool, padel and tennis courts and mini golf and a gym!
