House on countryside with 3 bedrooms

The house is not a separate "air-bnb house". This is our home. Guests must expect our private items to be around. No parties allowed and minimum age 25+ to rent this house. Kids with adults are welcome. The house have a wonderful view of Byfjorden. The house have a wintergarden which is perfect both for rainy days and sunny days. Hiking trails can be found around the house. 5 minute walk to a small beach. We recommend guests to come by car. To rent one must accept the house rules. The space House built 1994 on the island Bru. The surrounding land to the house is actively farmed, including sheep grazing and grass production. The house have the following rooms over 3 floors: 3 bedrooms total, 2 upstairs and one in the basement, One bedroom upstairs have a dobbel bed. The other room upstairs have a dobbel bed, but the beds can be separated to two singe beds. Bedroom downstairs have 1 dobbel bed and a single bed. Large kitchen with kitchen table. Some of the kitchen equipment: Refrigerator, oven, air-frier, microwave, Sodastream, coffee-machine, dishwasher. Living room: Smart TV with good sound system. The TV have a Nvidia Shield Pro with casting ability. Sound system can play music from phone and TV. Living room have a powerful heatpump/AC unit and fireplace that can be used in the winter. Bathrooms: The house have to bath's and a toilet. Top floor have bathroom with shower and bathtub. Middle floor have a toilet with sink. First floor have bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Washing room: Washing machine and drier. There is a shelf-freezer as well. Guest access The house is around 25 minute drive from Stavanger City by car. The house have an EV charger. The house have two balcony's available, a wintergarden, and a patio in front of the house that are all free to use. You will have the house to yourselves. But some of the rooms are off-limits and will be locked. You are free to use all of the rooms that are on the pictures. There is parkingspace for around 3-4 cars outside the house. The garden is available to use. Other things to note Activities close to the house: 20 min drive to Utstein kloster. Fjøløy Fortress. Bru mountain. (Hike) 5 minute walk to a sand beach. 1 hour drive to Preikestolen (Pulpit rock) 30 minute drive to Stavanger City. 7 minute drive to closest grocery store. (Kiwi Mosterøy)
