The dovecote of the red-brick house

Enjoy a peaceful stay in the Gers countryside with a magnificent view of the hillsides and the Pyrenees. In the heart of a small village, we welcome you to the dovecote next to our house, which has been completely renovated to offer you a pleasant stay. Less than 15 minutes from Lombez, Samatan or Rieumes, 25 minutes from L'Isle-Jourdain or Saint-Lys and 50 minutes from Auch and Toulouse. The space The property is on 3 levels. On the ground floor you will find the seating area with a sofa bed for extra sleeping, the equipped kitchen with its dining area as well as the toilet and bathroom with bathtub. On the first level, the first bedroom with its 140x200cm bed and a dresser and on the second level the 2nd bedroom with its 140x200cm bed also and a wardrobe. The accommodation is adjoining our house and you have to cross our garden to access it. The latter is not perfect following the recent work of the swimming pool. No outdoor space is provided with rental at this time. Guest access You have access to the entire dovecote. No outdoor space for now. Parking spot in front of the house Other things to note The accommodation is located less than 10 minutes from the reception rooms, the Domaine de Poussignan and the Château du Calaoué. You will cross our garden to access the accommodation. The garden is not in perfect condition due to recent work on the pool, among other things. As the pool is not finished either, it is not accessible to guests. It is fenced off with wire mesh for safety. The rental price takes these factors into account. We have a dog (setter type) and a cat that you will certainly come across. Our dog will not be outside when we are away, but he may be in the garden when we are there. He is very sociable, so he may approach you to ask for a cuddle. So you shouldn't be afraid of dogs. The accommodation is non-smoking, but you can of course smoke outside in front of the dovecote.
