Living & Dining • Living Room: Unwind after a busy day on the comfortable couch or one of the two single relaxer chairs. The space is complete with a coffee table, a TV for your entertainment, and Wi-Fi to keep you connected. • Kitchen / Diner: A fully equipped, contemporary space featuring a dining table with 4 chairs. Perfect for home-cooked meals, it includes a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, an air fryer, and a washer/dryer, Vac for your convenience. Bedrooms & Bathroom • Two Double Bedrooms: Both bedrooms feature double beds and boast plenty of wardrobe space, allowing you to unpack completely and feel right at home. Iron/Ironing Board, hair dryer Provided • Bathroom: A clean, modern bathroom featuring a spacious, accessible walk-in shower. (No bath Tub). There are grab rails both in the shower enclosure and just outside the cubical. Guest access Guests have full use of the apartment. The apartment is located within a residential block so we kindly request you respect the neighbours during your stay Access to the apartment is located at the rear of the complex which you can access via Borron Road and the car park. The entrance door is located on the far left and there is a pin entry code which will be provided when booking confirmed. This will lead you to access the corridor, then at the end of the corridor is a door on the left where apartment is located No11. Once in the apartment, whilst this is a ground floor apartment, the hall/bedrooms and bath room are all on one level and access to the living space and kitchen/diner please note there are 2 steps down to this space. They are shallow carpeted steps with hand rail in place however please note if any of your party have mobility/wheel chair requirements. I have uploaded a photo showing the 2 steps. In the car park, there is a dropped curb to the front complex entrance, however please note that the curb has been placed next to a parking bay so if the bay is full access to the curb may prove difficult. Patio Door - in the living room there are French doors which open out onto Borron Road. Whilst you are more than welcome to open for ventilation, I would prefer that you use the main apartment entrance for entry and exit. If you do open the patio door, please could you open the blinds fully so as not to damage them when opening the patio doors. Other things to note Day of Check-in. - If the apartment is ready and free, I am able to accommodate earlier same day arrival. Please note this will be on an ad-hoc basis and you must check with me first. I will alway do my best to accommodate. Local shops - there is an off-licence and Londis convenience store on Crow Lane East Aldi - 5 minutes drive Tesco/Home Bargains 3 minutes by car in Earlstown where you will also find other local a stores, Local pub - Crow Inn opposite the complex. Plenty more on Newton High Street a 10 minute walk away Strictly no pets, no parties and please used the lounge/dining room when consuming food/drinks.
