Panarea Paradiso

Casa di Marianna is situated in prime position on Drauto Bay, the most picturesque location on Panarea. Be welcomed when opening the front gate to a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden and villa. The house is light, bright and airy and surrounded by nature. The locale is fabulous and the sea is accessible from the steps in front of the property. A short stroll will take you to the best sandy beach on the island. It is the perfect spot to explore everything that Panarea has to offer. The space The residence easily sleeps six people. The main bedroom has two king-single sized beds and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed, with adjacent bathroom. Both bedrooms have good wardrobe space. The living area comes with the added bonus of two comfortable daybeds and can be closed off to create the third bedroom, with its own seperate entry directly from the terrazzo. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and all doors and windows are fitted with insect screens. There are sea and garden views from every room. The villa is well equipped. The full kitchen has a large pantry and plenty of bench space, with a gas cook top and electric oven. Laundry facilities are also available. There are two newly renovated bathrooms offering showers, bidets and large washbasins. There is also an outdoor shower in the garden. The view from the terrazzo is uninterrupted across to Sicily and the nearby islands of Vulcano and Lipari. The house is a free standing dwelling with minimal steps throughout the residence and the landscaped gardens. It is also very private. A five minute taxi ride will take you from the Port to the front gate and vice versa so you are never far from the shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife at the Port. Alternatively, it's quite a pleasant walk to the Port on the sealed road. The villa is so close to everything that Panarea has to offer yet hugged by nature in a quiet and relaxed setting. It really is a special location for just lazing around on the terrazzo or in a deck chair in the garden. Guest access All parts of the house are available for guests, except the storeroom at the rear of the house, which is not accessible.
