In the property: 4 bedrooms, including 3 double bedrooms with queen-size beds + 1 walk-through bedroom with four single beds suitable for children, including a play area; one crib is also available; two spacious bathrooms, one of which has a Finnish sauna and shower, and the other has a bathtub; 3 toilets, one of which is an outdoor toilet. The kitchen is equipped for convenient cooking, including an ice maker and a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your favorite capsules). A cellar with a constant temperature is available year-round, which is ideal for sitting with friends – around the corner from the house. Wi-Fi available in the building. Toys and board games are provided. Heating: gas floor heating, radiators upstairs, and a tiled stove for coziness on cold days. Pets: NO (not even a small dog) | Non-smoking property. Guest access The entire property and the land around the house are available to guests. Other things to note Not included in the price: refundable deposit of CZK 15,000. 100 kWh of electricity per week for stays of 5 nights or more. For stays of 4 nights or fewer, electricity is not included in the price at all. Towels: 1 towel per person per stay (towels are not changed during the stay) included in the price. Bed linens included (not changed during the stay). It is not possible to request additional house cleaning during your stay. Guests are responsible for keeping the house and the pool tidy.
