Nestled on the 3rd and top floor of an old building with no elevator (note: steep staircase), this place will appeal to those who love cozy atmospheres and rooftop views, close to the narrow streets, the beaches, and the Provençal market. The space This fully renovated studio is nestled in the heart of the historic center of Antibes, on a typical little street where you can find the authentic charm of the old town. The space has been designed for two people, with a cozy, modern, and bright atmosphere, perfect for a stay close to the ramparts, the Provençal market, and the beaches. Inside, the renovation showcases a cozy and contemporary vibe: a stylish kitchen, a light-filled dining area, a comfortable sleeping area, and tasteful décor that instantly creates a welcoming atmosphere. The studio is compact but very well arranged, perfect for enjoying Antibes with ease. It is important to note that the accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of an old building, accessed via a very steep staircase, with a final step that is a bit tricky. It's part of the charm of the historic buildings in the center, but it's better to be aware of it before booking. Similarly, one of the Velux windows does not have a curtain, which allows natural light to enter from sunrise—an aspect that will appeal to early risers but less so to those who prefer to sleep in total darkness. Once you’re settled in, you’ll enjoy a bright, cozy space, rooftop views, an exceptional location, and a tastefully renovated studio—ideal for exploring Antibes on foot, experiencing the vibe of the historic center, and enjoying a seaside getaway. Guest access You will have private access to the whole studio. Access to the apartment will be autonomous with a key box. You will receive the information on the day of your arrival at 4 p.m. Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is no later than 11 a.m. In season, unfortunately, we will not be able to move the check-in time forward or move the check-out time back, because the cleaning teams have many apartments to prepare. Other things to note After you book, you will be offered cancellation insurance. This will allow you, if you subscribe to it, to be reimbursed for cancellation fees if you unfortunately have to cancel. This option is of course optional.
