Surf house in Puertecillo, steps from the beach

A bright and quiet house in a private condominium in Puertecillo, facing one of the best surfing waves in Chile. The beach is a five-minute walk away. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a living/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace for the cold nights. Outside, there's a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and a fire pit. For groups of up to six people. Pet is accepted. The space The house is designed for six people to be accommodated in three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Bedroom 1: King Bed en suite. Bedroom 2: Two single beds and a half. Bedroom 3: Two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. The living/dining room is the heart of the house and has a wood-burning stove, which in winter heats the entire first floor. The kitchen is equipped for real cooking, not just for heating things up. There is a washing machine. Outside there is a charcoal grill, a place to build campfires, and an outdoor shower so you can return from the beach without filling the house with sand. Parking is within the property and is free of charge. The condominium is private and quiet, and from the house you can walk to the beach in five minutes. Other things to note Sheets and towels: The house does not include bed linen or towels, so each guest brings their own. There is a king-size bed and four queen-size beds. If you'd rather not have to deal with that, I can rent you king sheets for an extra fee. Write to me before you arrive and we'll arrange it. Access: The roads in Puertecillo are dirt roads and are in poor condition. Any car can get there in dry conditions; in the rain, a 4x4 is needed. It's part of the place, but it's better to know before booking. No wifi: there is no internet in the house. Hot water: The house has hot water. Sometimes the pressure drops and it doesn't turn on with just one faucet. In that case, open two faucets at the same time and it starts right away. Heating: The house is heated with a wood-burning stove. We include firewood. If you need more, we charge an extra fee. Grill and shopping: The grill is charcoal. It's a good idea to arrive with charcoal and supplies.
