Two-room apartment for a relaxing stay

Apartment of 45 square meters, suitable for two people, with veranda and independent terrace in a terraced complex surrounded by the greenery of lemon and orange trees. It has a double bedroom (or two single beds), a living room entrance with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a reserved parking space in a private outdoor area. Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided. The beach, both free and equipped, is about 700 meters away. The center of Soverato is 2 km away. Guest access The apartment has a terrace-garden of about 30 square meters to relax in the deck chairs provided and an outdoor covered veranda where you can place the table for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other things to note In the kitchen there is no oven but a hob with four gas stoves and a refrigerator with freezer. There is a portable fan in the apartment for the hottest evenings. Linen (sheets and towels) is not provided, there is no washing machine, otherwise the apartment is furnished and equipped with dishes and kitchen accessories.
