Carol's Happy Place

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Three spacious bedrooms and a game room with ping pong table, two sets of bunk beds and two walk out patios and a master deck. Secluded and beautiful with outdoor fire pit and plenty of outdoor space for children to explore. Small stream runs through the property. Ample parking for cars, trucks and toys. Home to the Paiute ATV trail, secluded hiking and mountain biking trails and some of the most untouched forest areas in the west. Other things to note Take the north exit then go towards town until the sign says “to Manderfield” Turn left (North)on the road (frontage road) You’ll pass Ace hardware-lumber. Keep going until you come to a little hill and at the top of that hill is a wood log house turn right on 3100 N. and go on that winding road until it comes to a T where you turn left and that is called N. Creek Rd. follow N. Creek Rd. You will get to a part where the paved road turns left and the dirt road goes straight -turn to keep on the paved road and follow that road until it turns into a dirt road then follow that only for about a block. It is the 2nd house on right 3324 E North Creek Road. Beaver Utah 84713( Never turn off the blacktop road - it will turn into a dirt road) I included this because sometimes the gps gets it wrong. Please enjoy the property but be respectful of the neighbors and do not go on their property. You may use the fire pit but make sure to put out all fires and extinguish completely. There is a water bucket provided. There is some wood available usually from tree trimming. On occasion during spring runoff the river can be high so use extreme caution, especially with small children
