Air-conditioned detached house located in a quiet village in the heart of the Jura and the capital of the Comté, 5 min from the A39. This house will welcome you for your family getaways. Air-conditioned house with two floors, two terraces, grassy grounds, and a courtyard. It will allow you to discover the beauty of the Jura landscape with its vineyards, lakes, waterfalls and cheeses. The space Detached house located on a 1300 m2 plot offering a spacious outdoor area with 2 terraces, close to the vineyards and the Pays de Revermont and located 10 min from Poligny (capital of the Comté). The house consists of a living room with an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a garage. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, a TV that is not connected but has Chromecast, and a table that can seat 10 people. The kitchen has a high table with 4 stools, an induction cooktop, an electric oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a Senseo and classic coffee maker. One bedroom on the ground floor equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed and storage space. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a 140x190 cm bed and a second with a 90x190 cm bed, with storage and a changing table, as well as a folding crib available. Two bathrooms in the accommodation, one on the ground floor with shower and one upstairs with bathtub and toilet. The property is fully air conditioned. There is a washing machine in the garage, a gas plancha and a freezer. The house has a pellet stove as well as heating with a heat pump. It's the ideal holiday home for a family with 2 or 3 children. Bed linen is included but not bath towels. Other things to note We prefer a family clientele instead. Please respect the neighborhood. Parties are not allowed. No Wi-Fi. Booking: Rental for a minimum of two nights. Times are to be set together. Cleaning: Maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant; you will conduct an inventory upon arrival. The house is located in a quiet village with a children's playground and a petanque court, ideal for a quiet vacation. The shops are located 10 minutes away by car. As Jura is a tourist department, you will have several sites at your disposal, such as Lake Chalain (30 min), the Hérisson waterfalls (30 min), the Tufs waterfalls (20 min), Lake Vouglans (45 min), the Baume-les-Messieurs waterfalls (25 min), the Jura vineyards, and the Comté cheese dairies. The closest towns will be Poligny (10 min), Dole (30 min) and Lons-le-Saunier (20 min).
