The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room on the ground floor, and a home office and a large bedroom with shower upstairs. Great for a couple, a small family with a child or a getaway with friends. Sleeps 4, including the sofa bed. Guest access The house, adjoining that of the owners, is entirely at your disposal. Access is through the back garden overlooking the parking area. Your vehicles can park on the grounds of the rectory during your stay. The front garden is also accessible for a drink or a meal on the terrace. The entire space is fenced for your safety. Please note that there is a descent of three relatively narrow steps to access the house, as well as between the kitchen and the living room. Other things to note 1 hour from Le Mans, 1 hour 10 minutes from Caen and/or Rouen. We are 10 minutes from the A28 highway (exit 16). 5 miles from Haras du Pin. Bakery, convenience store, pharmacy and gas station 1.5 km away (Nonant). Restaurants, cinemas and supermarkets 12 km away (Sées and/or Gacé) and 22 km away (Argentan). Alençon is 35 minutes away. Hiking trails on the doorstep.
