At least 2 hours drive from Nantes, the villa de la Messagerie is designed to celebrate major events, it can accommodate 36 people and is isolated from the 1st neighbors. It is the perfect example of everything a SoVilla can offer: a large garden with its terrace, BBQ, beautiful 7m x 3m swimming pool, and basketball, beach volleyball, and beach soccer courts! But also a living room/games room with an arcade game and a poker table! The space 🥰 So in love with the messaging feature We love the terrace for an afternoon so chill! We start with a big BBQ. We digest by lazing on the deckchairs! No need to choose your campsite! Both are possible! Guest access Our villas are fully privatized for your group. Other things to note Check-out is possible until 6pm on Sundays at no extra charge:) All other days of the week, the check-out must be done by 11:00 am. No fireworks allowed on our property. Our location in the countryside, animal welfare, the risks of summer drought, as well as respect for the tranquility of our neighbors are our priorities. Note: The price displayed on Airbnb is for 16 people, at no extra charge. For large groups of between 17 and 36 people, an additional charge of €30 per person per day applies. If applicable, contact us before booking so we can send you an adjusted quote. Finally, we require a deposit of 1000 EUR in the form of a bank imprint (not charged) via our partner SWIKLY before the arrival of the group.
