The space The apartment is located in front of Potenza Central Station. Adjacent there are escalators to easily reach the historic center and the city metro stop to reach the University of Basilicata and the San Carlo hospital in a few minutes. Its location is strategic to immediately take the Basentana expressway so you can reach the city of Matera in 50 minutes. It is definitely of international interest to visit the wonderful Musmeci bridge a few tens of meters from our property, to be exact 110 meters away. Guest access The apartment is newly built, located in an anti-seismic building! All of the building materials used are biocompatible as are the non-toxic paints and glues! The furnishings are sober and at the same time elegant ! Guests have a hot tub and bike beds in addition to gymnastic exercise mats and/or stretching! We have a room upstairs with a Ping pong table that can be at the service of guests upon request! We also have inside the building, on the floor -1 garage for cars and/or motorcycles . The kitchen is well-equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and above all a wonderful terrace to have a barbecue.
