Charming house - Normandy countryside 1 hour from Paris

1 hour and 10 minutes from Paris! Welcome to my lovely little house, a true haven of peace in the heart of nature. With its authentic charm, large garden and warm atmosphere, it is ideal for recharging your batteries with family or friends. Here, time slows down: breakfasts in the sun, summer evenings under the trees, and moments of relaxation in a green and unspoiled setting. I renovated it after purchasing it in early 2026. This is the country house of my dreams with my son. The space The house, with an area of 120 m², has warm and friendly spaces, perfect for stays for families or groups of friends. You will find a cozy living room, cozy dining room, fully equipped kitchen, several inviting bedrooms as well as a bathroom and shower room upstairs. Outside, an extensive wooded garden surrounds the house and offers an ideal setting for relaxing, enjoying meals outdoors, or enjoying the calm of the Normandy countryside. On the gastronomy side, everything is planned for moments of conviviality: a superb Kamado Kokko will allow you to grill and cook over a wood fire, while a Weber electric barbecue is also at your disposal. For cooler evenings, a raclette machine will perfectly complete your meals for families or groups of friends. Garden furniture with 4 armchairs and a beautiful round table. A small inflatable pool at the end of the garden. You will find a baby high chair in the living room as well as my son's toys and books. Guest access You will have the keys in the key box upon arrival, on one of the posts in the courtyard. I will need to give you the code before your arrival. Please don't hesitate to ask me again. No pets allowed. Other things to note In order to keep everyone comfortable, we thank you for following the following rules: * No pets allowed. * The house is completely non-smoking. * Parties and other events are not permitted. * Please enjoy the place with respect for the neighborhood and keep the volume of the music at a moderate level. Information: I regularly come to enjoy this house with my 3-year-old son. You will therefore find some clothes stored in a section of the closet in the small bedroom at the back upstairs, as well as some products in the fridge. I hope you don't mind. The renovation of the house was completed in June 2026. A few small details still need to be finalized, but everything has been thought out and done with great care to make it a real little cocoon in the countryside.
