Rent 2 apartments for private use – 12 people! Free parking

Traveling in a large group but want to enjoy your independence? No longer choose between conviviality and comfort. We offer the simultaneous rental of our two apartments, which together can accommodate up to 12 people. Enjoy unforgettable moments while still having private spaces. > Total capacity: 12 people (8 + 4 people). > Living areas: 2 living rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens. > Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms plus a separate toilet. Other things to note 🧺 There is no washing machine in the accommodation. Unlimited access to the laundry room during the stay for an additional fee: €10 🐄 It is important to remember that the accommodation is located in a small village in the countryside. As in any rural setting, odors related to nature or agricultural activities may occasionally be present. ⚠️ As the courtyard is currently under construction, its exterior layout is not fully finalized, but this will not affect your stay in any way. ☕️ For your comfort, we provide you with bed linen and linens, as well as a welcome kit including everything you need to start your stay: two rolls of toilet paper, two coffee pods, sugar, as well as a shampoo, a shower gel and a solid soap in travel format. If these supplies are not enough for the duration of your stay, it will be up to you to proceed to the restocking according to your needs. 🛋️ Please note that linens and towels for the extra bed (sofa bed) are not included in the price of your rental and must be ordered separately. If you would like us to provide sheets and towels for guests using the sofa bed as an extra bed, please reserve them in advance via our app. Without prior reservation, you will need to bring your own bed and bath linens for this bed. 🚭This place is non-smoking. Any trace of tobacco (smell, smoke, butts) will result in a penalty of €100 for cleaning and restoration costs.
