The space Very comfortable 4 bedroom (4th room is bunk room above garage), 2 bathroom rustic modern remodeled Lake House on Cascade lake with private dock, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, new hardwood floors installed, stainless gas BBQ, laundry room, bar, garage, wrap around deck, hot tub, brand new custom rock fire pit and patio, patio furniture, dock lounge recliners, and complete kitchen.  All new furniture and a new 85" flat screen TV.   The master suite is located upstairs with a king size bed and master bath and 60" TV chaise lounge.  Downstairs are two guest rooms which each have queen beds. One downstairs room also has 46" TV. There is an additional loft above the garage with 2 single beds and double bed. All linens, towels, kitchen utensils and cookware are also brand new. The house has a professional grade water filtration system (all the houses in this area are on a well water system).  Even with the professional grade water filtration system some guests notice a slight smell from the water compared to the water they have at home.  As you can see from the reviews most guests do not even notice this. There is lots of parking for your snowmobiles, RV or boat. The boat ramp is less than quarter of a mile away.  Ready for your vacation or weekend get-away! We take immaculate care of our house and want tenants who will do the same. If you will not take care of it and treat everything better than your own please do not call. Absolutely No Smoking or Drugs!   We have two canoes, two standup paddleboards, two cruiser bikes and fishing poles for you to enjoy! Just let me know!!!  Please note the water level of the lake begins to decrease around the middle of August (this varies each year).  Because the water is lower it will be a little muddier and not as clear.  It is still a great time to paddleboard, canoe, fish and boat but the water will not be as clear and warm as it is in the summer time.  The ramp to the dock will also be much steeper because the water level is lower.   Our dock ramp is usually disconnected around the first weekend of September (this can vary depending on water level for the year) to prevent damage from ice in the winter time.  After the dock ramp is disconnected you will have to climb down a steep embankment of rocks to get to the dock and water level.  You can still use the canoe and paddleboards up until the lake freezes over but you will have to climb down the rocks to get to the water.   You will see the rates are much lower in the fall and winter in part because of the limited lake access.  The Boulder Creek boat ramp and beach is just a quarter mile south of our house.  If you are unable to use the dock at our house in the fall due to water level feel free to enjoy the nice beach and boat ramp at Boulder Creek state park. Winter Disclaimer: This area receives significant snowfall in the winter time.  Our driveway is plowed whenever there is more than 3 to 4 inches of snow.  There may still be new snow on the 15 foot pathway to the front door and on top of the hot tub cover. We have a snow shovel next to the hot tub and you may have to shovel the cover off to use the hot tub depending on when you arrive and the last snow storm.  The BBQ and Patio furniture is put away around November 1 and returned to the deck around May 1. We finished a major landscape, walkway and pier project that includes a brand-new larger Trex pier, rock steps to pier, sandy beach area by swing with rock steps up to rock landing where parents can sit.  Sleeps maximum of 12 people. Although this house is at high elevation and it does not get super hot during the summer there are a few weeks in August that can be very hot. As a result we now have AC!! Note that most homes in Valley County do not have AC. Enjoy! Update February, 2022: Just finished full kitchen remodel with new quartz counters, custom backsplash tile, under cabinet lights, sink, faucet and new appliances.  Rustic modern patina tin sheet metal bar with 4 bar chairs. Update Dec 22, 2019: We just installed all brand new high-end LG kitchen appliances and tiled the kitchen floor and utility room!  It looks amazing!
