A tiny house built with love of reused and natural materials – for those who appreciate peace, nature and the simple life. The tiny house is secluded between the farm's barns and creates a quiet and cozy little courtyard feel. A charming older dry toilet with separett is available about 40 meters from the house. Fully equipped kitchen with hot plate, fridge, freezer (no oven). The ceiling height under the loft, in the kitchen and bathroom is about 190 cm. The stairs up to the loft are steeper than usual. 1,5 km to the nearest sandy beach, Sandbybadet. To provide a more relaxing and present experience, there is no Wi-Fi in the house – a place to unwind, read, cook, enjoy nature, and just be in the moment. The house is built and decorated with care for both feeling and materials. Walls and joinery are painted with linseed oil paint and egg oil temperature, the floors are soapy and several details are reused – including kitchen area, windows and door. The house is also insulated with hemp, which allows it to breathe and provides a healthy and pleasant indoor climate. On the property there are bees, some chickens with a rooster and a social cat that sometimes comes by and says hello. My neighbor has nice cows grazing next to the farm. In the barns around the house currently live no animals. This is a home for those who appreciate tranquility, nature, sustainable materials, and the simple life-with a warm and genuine atmosphere. Other things to note There are two other residential buildings on the property about 60 meters from the mini-house.
