Ideally located between Châlons-en-Champagne and Vitry-le-François, it is a privileged starting point to explore the riches of the Marne department: Champagne vineyards, farmer's wineries, historical heritage, nature walks and outdoor activities. A few kilometers away, Châlons-en-Champagne will seduce you with its historic city center, its canals nicknamed the "Sparkling Little Venice", its gardens and its many activities. Lovers of oenological discoveries can easily reach the Champagne hillsides and meet the winemakers of the region. Nature lovers will also enjoy walks along the Marne, hiking routes, and the surrounding natural spaces. This comfortable and functional single-story house can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of a beautiful friendly living room bringing together an equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room (room equipped with reversible air conditioning), offering a warm space to share good times with family or friends. The sleeping area includes three double bedrooms, each equipped with two 90 x 200 cm beds that can be brought together on request to form a large bed 180 x 200 cm. A modern bathroom as well as a separate toilet complete the interior layout. Outside, enjoy a pleasant furnished terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals on sunny days. For your convenience, the cottage also has private parking that can accommodate 2-3 vehicles. An electric-vehicle charging plug is made available (invoicing according to actual consumption). The rental price includes linens (beds made on arrival). The cleaning fee is mandatory and towels are optional according to the rates indicated. Electricity (heating, air conditioning and vehicle charging) is extra depending on consumption.
