This spacious villa offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious common areas and extensive gardens with lawn, palm trees and a pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests. Inside, this spacious stone-built villa is distributed on a single floor. Extensive terraces surround the property to enjoy outdoor life even more. There is a large living room with beamed ceilings (equipped with sofas, satellite Tv, Dvd player, wi-fi internet, fireplace and dining table for 6 people), an independent kitchen with plenty of natural light and fully equipped (4 burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, another double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a family bathroom with shower. The rooms, tastefully and stylishly decorated, are cosy and have air conditioning (included in the rental price). In the exterior, the true Mallorcan charm of Beach Villa Carles will surprise you. Completely private, the gardens are planted with Mediterranean trees (olive trees, palm trees, flowers, shrubs) and are an oasis of peace and tranquillity. The private swimming pool of generous dimensions measures an impressive size of 50 square metres (10 x 5 m) and a depth between 1 and 2 m. Comfortable sun loungers are provided for guests to enjoy long days of sunbathing. There is a shower next to the pool. A brick-built barbecue and outdoor table and chairs are the perfect complement to dining outdoors in deep contact with nature. Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am The tourist tax is included in the rates. Important information to keep in mind: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management. The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
