Cozy Swedish cottage in a quiet location – ideal for switching off and feeling good. The lovingly furnished house offers everything you need for a pleasant stay in approx. 40 m². Whether as a couple, a small family, or for a short trip – here you will find both peace and comfort. The central location makes it particularly attractive: Hamburg and the Baltic Sea can each be reached in about 45 minutes. Shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi and Rewe are within a few minutes' walk. The space The Swedish cottage is bright, friendly and practically furnished. Living area: On the ground floor there is a living area with a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed with a lying area of approx. 1.40 m if needed – suitable for two people. Bedroom: Upstairs there is a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In addition, two more mattresses can be placed there, so that up to four people can also sleep in the upper area – ideal for families with children. Kitchen: The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking – including a stove, fridge, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Baths: The modern bathroom has a shower and everything you need for your stay. ⸻ For families On request, we are happy to provide a travel baby cot and a high chair. Location Quietly located yet central: • About 45 minutes to Hamburg • About 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea • About 15 minutes to Lake Itzstedt • Shopping in walking distance Guest access The entire Swedish cottage is available for the guests' exclusive use. The house has its own entrance and is located behind the main house on the property. Check-in is flexible and self-service via a key box, so that an uncomplicated arrival is possible at any time. The nearest bus stops (e.g., "Nahe, Mühlenstraße" or "Nahe, Wakendorfer Straße") are reachable in a few minutes' walk. The main connection is bus line 7550, which runs regularly between Bad Segeberg, Itzstedt and Hamburg (U Ochsenzoll). From there, there is a direct connection to the U-Bahn (line U1), which takes you comfortably to downtown Hamburg. 🕒 Typical travel times: • About 25–30 minutes by bus to Hamburg Ochsenzoll (U-Bahn) • then about 30–40 minutes by U-Bahn to the city center Buses usually run hourly, and more frequently during peak hours.
