Mapi's Cabins #9 & #14 Nearby Beaches and Ferry

#9 & #14 are "Connecting" Private NON SMOKING Rooms: Sleeps 5 (#9 has 2 Sngl Beds / #14 has a Full-Size Bed with Sngl Bed, ONLY HOT WATER in SHOWERS. NO KITCHEN=NO Silverware/Dishware. Has WiFi, AC, Cable TV, Mini Fridge, Body Soap & Shampoo, Clean Linen & Towels. TINY POOL 9'x14' Unique attraction is on-site hummingbirds! NO ENGLISH, STAFF USES TRANSLATORS! Not even being a 1-star accommodation, soundproofing was not factored in, bring earplugs in case this becomes an issue. The space CABIN #9 & #14, is a connected 2 unit, located on the first floor, in the third building of the property, next to BBQ area and picnic tables. Having 2 twin beds in #9 and Full-Size bed with Twin Bed in #14, for larger families, offering Hot water only in SHOWERS. (No Kitchenette, so there's no silverware or dishware but if needing any you can ask at the Office to borrow from our personal supply FREE of charge, there's also NO OTHER FURNITURE in the room). Please note this unit has a small table, small bars for hanging clothes, NO chairs or other furniture available (also under remodel of counter sink) it's also connected by a middle door having each side its own TV, mini-fridge, and bathroom. What makes our place unique is the peaceful atmosphere unless we have the fiestas held just across the street, which most look forward to anyways... The main attraction on our property is the beautiful hummingbirds visiting our feeders located on the bottom floor on by our first building where you can go and hand-feed them by request! NOTE: we are "not" a beachfront property, we offer a unique and peaceful stay in a remote setting. Due to our location and local infrastructure, Wi-Fi, electricity, and city water may occasionally experience interruptions. This is a town-wide occurrence rather than specific to our property, and we appreciate your understanding as you embrace the adventure of our beautiful surroundings. EARPLUGS: we highly recommend bringing them for light sleepers—just in case. Local fiestas sometimes take place across the street, and during weekdays, essential truckers—who keep Paquera supplied—arrive early in the morning or late at night. Additionally, ferry schedules in high season bring increased traffic from the main road, which can all contribute to noise at certain times. This is also one of our units that's furthest away from main road dissipating more the noise. While many guests find the atmosphere peaceful (as seen in reviews), we want to be upfront that this is a budget-friendly motel, and soundproofing was not part of the original construction. You may hear footsteps or occasional noise from other guests. We do have notices posted in rooms asking for consideration, and if needed, please let us know if this becomes an issue, we’ll be happy to give friendly reminders to guests to be mindful of noise. We appreciate your understanding and want you to have a realistic expectation of your stay. During your stay Our main residence is in the USA, we randomly travel back and forth to oversee the business and may meet by chance. But feel free to approach any of our friendly staff for any maintenance or housekeeping issues, we encourage to bring it to their attention while there as best solution for continuing to enjoy your stay, other wise our staff will respect your privacy. If you have trouble communicating in Spanish, we're always happy to translate if contacting us through message, and if you're patient my staff will use translator.
