Large house type landaise in the heart of the vineyards of Bordeaux, on a plot of 1200 m2 aboré, 5 minutes from the sources of Caudalie (Smith Castle high Laffite) and 15 minutes from Bordeaux center (8 min by train station saint medard d ' eyrans -gare st jean Bx). Lake hosteins (ideal for children) is 25 minutes and the Pyla dune 45 minutes. The ground floor of the house is organized around a large bright living room. You will find 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 1 with single bed (child), a bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 large rooms of 20 m2 (one with private bathroom are waiting for you under the roofs and separate toilets. Each of the bedrooms have double beds (not in photos). Outside, garden furniture, a ping-pong table, 2 terraces and a round above ground swimming pool of 4 m in diameter, are at your disposal for relaxing days.
