Simple but functional one-bedroom apartment in Vars Les Claux facing the slopes (Peynier area), on the ground floor with a terrace facing the mountain. Everything is done on foot or by shuttle. The space Welcome to Vars Les Claux, in the heart of the resort, in a warm cocoon where everything is within walking distance or accessible by shuttle. This one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor welcomes you in a gentle and comfortable atmosphere, with a small terrace facing the mountain to enjoy the sun, the calm and the fresh air of the Alps. From the moment you walk in, the apartment offers a simple and authentic atmosphere, with a kitchen and bathroom with the vintage charm of the 70s, perfectly maintained and fully functional. Here, nothing is superfluous: everything is designed for a convenient, comfortable, relaxing stay at a low price. The living room opens onto the terrace and is bathed in light. It's the place to gather for a meal, relax after skiing, or enjoy a coffee while looking out at the peaks. The sofa bed makes it easy to accommodate an extra guest. The separate cabin bedroom offers a double bed and a single bunk bed: a real sleeping area, ideal for families or friends who want to maintain their privacy. The beds are fixed, comfortable, and ready to welcome you. Outside, the ground-floor terrace is a real asset: direct access, convenient for skis, sleds or strollers, and above all, unobstructed mountain views that immediately set the tone for the stay. The location is exceptional: The slopes are just a 5-minute walk away (for good skiers and with good snow conditions, it is even possible to arrive with your skis on). The shops, restaurants, equipment rentals, ski school and activities of Vars Les Claux are 400 m away, so a 5- to 10-minute walk or 1 minute by shuttle. You park the car… and you enjoy yourself. A simple, comfortable apartment, ideally located, perfect for experiencing Vars in complete freedom. In order to offer you very reasonable prices, linen and cleaning are not included. It will be your responsibility to clean upon departure and leave the apartment as clean as you found it. If you want a hassle-free vacation, we can of course offer you cleaning and linen as an option. Please feel free to ask us in advance. The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi, but we can provide you with a router on request (and based on availability) (paid option). Would you like to come as a group? Other things to note A security deposit of €250 will be required via the digital welcome booklet. It will be done by bank card. For this, we use the secure online service Swikly, which will allow you to deposit your security deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit. You will also have the option of choosing the "Damage Waiver" option for €30, which exempts you from paying a deposit. It covers minor accidental damage during the stay. The amount of €30 is fixed and non-refundable.
