From the entrance, the apartment offers a simple and authentic atmosphere, with a kitchen and bathroom with vintage charm from the '70s, perfectly maintained and fully functional. Here, nothing superfluous: everything is designed for a convenient, comfortable, relaxing and inexpensive stay. The living room opens to the terrace and bathes in the light. You'll meet to share a meal, relax after skiing, or enjoy a coffee facing the peaks. The sofa bed makes it easy to accommodate an extra guest. The cabin room, separate, offers a double bed and a single bunk bed: a real sleeping area, ideal for families or friends who want to preserve their privacy. The beds are fixed, comfortable and ready to welcome you. Outside, the ground floor terrace is a real asset: direct access, convenient for skis, sleds or strollers, and above all an unobstructed view of the mountain that immediately sets the tone of the stay. The location is exceptional: The slopes are only 5 minutes walk away (for good skiers and with good snow it is even possible to arrive ski-in/ski-out). The shops, restaurants, equipment rentals, ESF and entertainment of Vars Les Claux are 400m away so 5 to 10 minutes walk or 1 minute with the shuttle. You put the car down… and you enjoy. Other things to note A security deposit of €250 will be required via the digital welcome booklet. It will be done by bank card. For this, we use the secure online service Swikly, which will allow you to deposit your security deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit. You will also have the option of choosing the "Damage Waiver" option for €30, which exempts you from paying a deposit. It covers minor accidental damage during the stay. The amount of €30 is fixed and non-refundable.
