All bedrooms include smart TVs and bathrobes for guests to use with the swim spa hot tub. This property has just been refurbished so everything is new for its opening in late June 2026. The property boasts a beautifully designed open-plan kitchen and living area, featuring a hob, eye-level oven, large fridge freezer, washer dryer, and wine cooler fridge. A spacious island provides comfortable seating, making it perfect for dining and socialising together. Fully equipped with everything needed for a great stay, the house also includes a Nespresso coffee machine, ninja double drawer airfryer, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, and all the essentials for home-from-home comfort. The inviting living area features a comfortable sofa and smart TV — the ideal place to unwind after a day exploring Northern Ireland, or just getting together with family or friends. Guests will also find a convenient downstairs bathroom complete with a luxurious walk-in shower. Swim spa The sunken swim spa is located at the bottom of the extensive Walled garden in a private space surrounded by trees and shrubs in front of an historic round tower, temperature is set usually at 38.5 degrees If both the Coach House and the Groom's House are booked at the same time, each house can allocate one private 2-hour swim spa session per day throughout their stay. Just write your preferred private time on the white board located at the entrance of the walled garden. All other times are available to use. The house also benefits from its own private fenced gravel seating area, complete with festoon lighting, creating the perfect outdoor space for morning coffee or evening drinks. The Groom’s House has a sister property, The Coach House, which sleeps up to 5 guests across two en-suite double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area. Both properties share the beautiful walled garden and swim spa. Other things to note The Groom’s House features its own private gravelled outdoor area, fully fenced to provide guests with added privacy and comfort. Guests also enjoy full access to the extensive walled garden and swim spa, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind during their stay.
