Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This all season family cabin is located on Delaronde lake, minutes away from Big River, Sk. Sleeps 7 comfortably, with 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a loft area. Outdoor fire pit, outdoor eating area, a wrap around deck with 360 views to relax on for those sunny days. Wood burning fireplace and movie loft for those rainy days. Complete with boat launch and sandy public beach, steps away. Enjoy a slice of paradise at Stoney Lodge! The space We are lakefront, with a small rocky beach as well as boat launch access and right on the marina/chanel. Enjoy the wrap around deck with 360 views, a quiet loft area where you can watch movies and look out at the lake, an open living concept with vaulted ceilings and log accents, and large windows over looking Delaronde Lake. Guest access The whole cabin is yours, other than the master bedroom walk in closet and the crawl space are off limits. Our cabin is situated in a small subdivision called South Stoney and there is a boat launch for you to use, a very large lot where you can park your boat and trailer, and a large yard complete with a little beach for launching your stand up paddle boards/kayaks, and an outdoor lakeside fire pit. We also have a beautiful public beach close by (walk or drive and park) with beautiful sand and shallow swimming. Other things to note We have a strict no pets policy. No exceptions. Some things we have for you to use at our cabin: stand up paddle board, cross country skis, snow shoes, boat launch, beach toys. We will also keep the following stocked for your use: fire wood, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towel, spices, condiments, drinking water. The cabin is about 12 km from Big River, where there is a golf course, gas stations, groceries, and more. A 5 minute drive from Ness Creek, where there are hiking and ski trails. Delaronde Lake is known for its good fishing, in summer and winter. In the winter, enjoy the many groomed snowmobile trails in the area, accessible right from the cabin, snowshoeing/x country skiing at Ness Creek, downhill skiing at Ski Timber Ridge, and ice fishing. In the summer enjoy the quad trails, Ness Creek concerts, boat days and beach days! For families: we have a high chair and a play pen/travel crib available on location, as well as cutlery and dishes for your little ones. Drinking water: we use water from the lake that is treated with a UV filter and is potable, but we choose to drink bottled water. We will provide you with some drinking water and you can also get bottles of water at the Big River Co-op.
