Cute Townhouse close to UM w. free parking+laundry

This charming retro house in Coconut Grove offers everything you need for your next stay in Miami: a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, coffee-maker, bathroom filled with toiletries, free parking and more! Located in between Coral Gables and Coconut Grove, it is close to a few different supermarkets, 24h pharmacy and gas station. Train station is also right across the street from us, allowing you to reach any part of Miami within minutes. Come enjoy the charm of Miami with us! The space The main entrance gives into the living room. Further down is the kitchen, and behind the kitchen there is a small room with the washer and dryer machines. On the right side of the house you will find the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. Recently we installed a picnic table with some shades and plenty of flowers around the house! Guest access The house is private, not shared with anyone else. There is an outdoor BBQ Grill in the backyard behind the house that is shared with the other houses around it. There is no driveway parking for the house but there is plenty of free street parking available. Other things to note There is no heating system in the house.
