A fully restored, secluded 18th-century family home built from stone, using natural materials that combine the charm of old-world stone with modern comforts. The large garden and parking adjacent to the house are currently open. Small dogs accepted. The Gite de l'Hirondelle consists of: a large kitchen and living room on the ground floor with a bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink, washing machine and clothesline. The kitchen has a sink, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer. A stove to warm up the atmosphere in winter ( wood, newspapers, light fires available) Upstairs are two large bedrooms: - one bedroom with a bed of 180+a bed of 90 - one bedroom with 3 small beds of 90 - 2 bathrooms (shower + toilet) - Living room with comfortable sofa bed + smart TV The cleaning fee includes linens and bath towels.
