Barn in King's Lynn

Our Countryside Accommodation is very Spacious especially the living room area! There is private patio out the back of the accommodation with a seating area looking out to our peaceful countryside! Plenty of Bird song and wild and can be seen! At the front there is also a separate patio area with a bistro table and chairs for you to enjoy the evening sunshine! Our accommodations are purely surrounded by lawn and fields! We have a Scandinavian BBQ hut which can be hired to enjoy a lovely evening! The space This Garden Room as we call it is very light, well insulated so it stays nice and warm. It has underfloor heating. It was going to become a respite home and for that reason it has wider door openings and a wet room. You will enjoy the morning sun at the back of your accommodation and the evening sun at the front. The barn conversion sits further back from the road then our annexe which we call "farmhouse guest rooms" Plenty of off-street parking available too. We have a Scandinavian BBQ hut where guests can enjoy a peaceful private evening , grilling their food or just enjoying a Scandinavian style evening Its also ideal to grill burgers and sausages at lunch time or children love their marshmallows over the fire too ! (Optional) Please book the BBQ Hut with us in advance as it is very popular! Our kitchenette has a portable 2 ring hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, fridge, worktop and a sink! We lend out slow cooker & waffle maker/sandwich maker & panini toaster. On saturday night we cook and deliver our pizza`s, please enquire in advance if interested! Thank You!
