Welcome to a spacious and well-equipped 3-room apartment in a quiet residential area close to central Norrköping and Röda Stan. The apartment is about 77 m², half a flight of stairs up in a house from 1928 with an adjoining garden. This accommodation is suitable for families, business travellers or smaller groups looking for quiet and comfortable accommodation. The space The accommodation has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and a living and dining room. The accommodation has a TV with a wide range of channels. Access to fast Wi-Fi. There is a tram stop barely 100 metres away, with frequent departures to the city centre and Central Station. There is a grocery store within 300 metres, and you can reach Folkparken and the industrial landscape in about 10 minutes on foot. Guest access The residence comprises the entire apartment with an entrance from a shared, locked stairwell. Guests have access to a shared garden with outdoor seating areas and barbecue facilities. Guests can use the shared laundry room for an additional fee (washing time must be booked at least one day in advance). Other things to note Final cleaning is included in the price, but guests are expected to sort and dispose of rubbish and leave the apartment in a tidy condition. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement before booking. Cat is located in the house. The accommodation is best suited for quiet stays and is not rented out for parties or larger gatherings.
