Your apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, TV, WIFI & separate lounge space for your convenience. Privately located at the rear of the home and warmly renovated to ensure a comfortable stay. A shared washing machine is located on site for your convenience. Your apartment is entirely for you & is fully private. No living space is shared with others The space The apartment is a privately accessible, self contained flat in a complex of 4 units. Some noise from other occupants can be expected from time to time. It is located at the rear of the property which is accessed by following the right hand side ramp, down the side of the home, from street view. It has a bedroom with a comfy Queen bed & wardrobe, loungeroom with TV & WIFI, kitchenette & bathroom. As it is a shared complex, we request occupants are respectful and considerate during their stay. There is a pool on-site however, its it not for use & the gate is locked. There is a shared lau dry with a washing machine, located 10 steps on the left of your front door, should you need to clean your clothes on your stay. There is also no central heating or air conditioning but space heaters are available in winter Guest access You may use any areas within the apartment. There are extra towels & cleaning supplies in the bathroom cupboard. You may use these if needed Other things to note Note: There are other occupants in the home, within their own private accommodation. Noise can be expected from time to time.
