Walking distance from the gas station and Dollar General. Located between Shelbyville and Effingham with shopping, lakes, food and entertainment only 20-30 minutes away. The space When you arrive you have access to an attached 2 car garage. Inside is a 2 car garage with a TV available for use. Also inside the garage are basketballs, baseball equipment, a grill and a stroller available to borrow. For your pet there are 2 large dog kennels available. From the garage you will walk into a mud room with storage for coats, bags, and shoes. Just off of the mud room is a washer and dryer as well as access to a clothesline with clothespins available. Off of the laundry room is a doggy door. Past the mud room is a large open concept family room, dining area, and kitchen. A walk in pantry in the kitchen. A master bedroom with a queen bed and a TV. Along with the master bedroom is a master bathroom with a shower and a walk-in closet. One additional bedroom has a twin bed and an additional twin bed that can be pulled out. The second bedroom has a crib and a twin mattress that can be pulled out. Both bedrooms have a full closet with hangers available. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo as well as a toddler training toilet if needed. The family room has a rocker, a single seat, a piano, as well as a pull out couch and a TV. Off of the family room is an office area with a printer and printer/scanner available. Upstairs is another pull out couch and a twin pull out couch. Also available upstairs is a TV with a DVD and a carpet ball game. A 1/2 bathroom is also upstairs. Outside is a privacy fence (not suitable for keeping pets contained) as well as a picnic table. A charcoal grill is available in the garage but equipment (charcoal, lighter fluid) is not provided. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the house listed in the "Your Property" section. Spaces unavailable include: a storage room upstairs, a locked cabinet off of the mud room, a work shop off of the garage, and a shed separate from the entire house.
