San Benito facing the sea

We are a complex of 8 beautiful oceanfront villas. We are on the top floor, which always gives us incredible views and constant ventilation, providing you with the freshness of the sea and the comfort of spacious areas. Take the whole family to this fantastic place with many areas to have fun. The space The villa is on the second level. You have to climb two comfortable flights of stairs. On this level you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony, as well as a king size bedroom. The stairs to the next level are inside the apartment, and you go up to the top floor, where the master bedroom with ocean views and the bedroom with two single beds are located. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Guest access You can freely use the common areas, the beach and the two kayaks that belong to us. Other things to note We have solar panels and backup batteries that give us continuous comfort for up to 8 hours. In the event of a power failure, the air conditioners, stove and heater are deactivated, but everything else continues to operate normally. If we conserve electricity, we can be disconnected from the grid for up to a week, using the batteries.
