Escape to our modern family home in beautiful Brackendale, Squamish—the perfect base for exploring the Sea to Sky. Conveniently located between downtown Vancouver and Whistler, you can enjoy hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, or simply relaxing. Our fully equipped home offers spacious living areas, a fenced backyard, and easy access to local cafés, shops, restaurants, and endless outdoor adventures. Our family home is dog-friendly, and we’re happy to welcome approved dogs during your stay. 🐾 The space Our spacious family home features four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. Upstairs you’ll find all four bedrooms, including two primary suites with private ensuites, two children’s bedrooms, and an additional full bathroom. The main floor is designed for gathering, with a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a cozy family room, plus a separate formal living room and dining room. A laundry room and convenient half bathroom are also located on the main floor. Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard, complete with a comfortable outdoor lounge and fireplace, a mini putting green, raised garden beds, and a children’s play structure—perfect for relaxing while the kids play. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire main home and backyard. A long-term tenant occupies a separate, self-contained suite with a private entrance. There are no connecting doors or shared indoor spaces, and the tenant has their own separate, fully fenced yard. Our tenant also occupies one half of the shared driveway so please be sure to leave space for them to park their vehicle as well. Other things to note Please note: This is our family’s primary home rather than a dedicated vacation rental. You’ll notice family photos and other personal touches throughout the house, which we hope help make it feel warm and welcoming.
