Cozy guest house for rent! If you and your family need to relax in quiet rural surroundings, we offer this beautiful guest house - 14 km west of Kolding (35 km to Billund AirPort/Legoland). "Søndergaard" is a disused farm with a living room from 1876, which is inhabited by the host family. The guest house was built in 2005 A large garden surrounds the farm, which is close to Åkær river valley - a nature reserve with fields, meadows and forests. From the farm there is access to nature trails. The space The home has a private entrance, kitchenette with hotplates, refrigerator incl. freezer space as well as air fryer and microwave. Bathroom with shower. On the ground floor is a bedroom/living room of 48 square meters with a double bed and dining area. On the 1st floor is a 36 square meter room with a double bed and extra mattress. Both rooms have beautiful views of the natural area. Guest access The living room and the part along it - is reserved for the host family Other things to note A crib is available, write to the host couple if desired. Single bed for 5th person consists of bedding on mattress placed on the floor.
