House on a Farm | Long Stays are also Welcome

Welcome to our tenant house, renovated with modern comforts while retaining its old charm. It is a year-round home, perfect for longer stays and well suited for families as well as other travelers. Located in the countryside, just a 10 km drive from Horten and Holmestrand, where you'll find activities, attractions, and local sights. The neighboring farm, Buggegården, is a visitor farm. The space Tenant's House is the original farmhouse on our small farm in Nykirke, just outside Horten. The surrounding fields are farmed by our neighbors, creating a beautiful countryside setting. We do not keep any farm animals, but our friendly cat, Prim, is part of the family and may greet you during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the surrounding garden. For children, there is a play area behind the main house. Other things to note Unfortunately, public transport is limited, so you'll need your own transportation to get here and around.
