Set at the highest point of the coastline, this private 139-square-foot tiny home includes a queen bed, air conditioning, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with an eco-friendly, swivel cassette toilet and gas-heated shower—ideal for a comfortable and scenic escape. Guest access Guests can access the tiny home and surrounding areas. Restricted: main residence and shed. Guests may use the front garden to reach the walking trail. Other things to note - Wifi is available - BBQ grill is available - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No smoking inside the tiny house, except outdoors - Pet-friendly Accommodation. Pets occasionally onsite but are fenced in. - Please note that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Firewood provided free of charge (within reason). Council Fire Bans strictly adhered to. - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. Guest Advisory - Our property is located in a coastal bushland, with occasional wildlife passing through - In addition, our property uses rainwater for all taps, available for guests to use free of charge (within reason) Important note: - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
