In order to keep the apartment in good condition, we keep the guest numbers down per visit, and keep it non-smoking and animal free. Unregistered guests will be charged an additional $50 per night. Animals will generate an additional $300 cleaning fee. Smoking will generate an additional $300 cleaning fee.
