Dear guests, Our house is 5 kilometers from the luxurious seaside resort of Timmendorfer Strand; 15 km from the famous Hanseatic city of Lübeck. It is located in a cul-de-sac and offers a spacious, bright conservatory, a garden with a large terrace, and Scandinavian interior design. We have space for 4 adults (1 bed of 1.80 m / 1 bed of 1.40 m) and two children up to 12 years (inflatable air bed of 1.40). Additionally we offer two practical folding bikes for a fee. The space • 155 m2 of living and usable space including a light-flooded Mediterranean conservatory with a spacious dining area for up to 8 people, reading sofa and fully opening double doors to the garden • Garden on two levels with slate terrace • Double carport and wide driveway • Spacious bedroom with 1.80 m bed on the upper floor (2 mattresses of 90 cm each), if necessary, an air bed of 1.40 can be provided (space is plentiful) • Cozy 2nd bedroom with 1.40 cm bed on the lower floor • Living room with four-seater, adjustable lounger and smart TV • Access to Pay TV (Sky with various foreign channels, DAZN for sports lovers) • For cozy hours in the evening: direct access to the terrace in a south-west orientation (sun from 10 am to 8 pm), which is equipped with an awning • Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, spacious refrigerator, dining table for 4 people • Newly renovated guest toilet on the lower floor • Newly renovated full bathroom with bath and shower on the upper floor • Utility room incl. washing machine, drying rack, freezer • Stylish and detailed Scandinavian-style furnishings • We are a non-smoking household and ask you to take this into account! • We have a small dog: We pay great attention to cleanliness, but a dog hair can of course always get lost (our dog is not allowed on the beds!) • Wi-Fi (50,000 line), smart TV are provided • Pansdorf train station is 1 kilometer away • A spacious and natural forest area is less than a five-minute walk away • Shopping: 2 bakeries and a large Edeka supermarket are within walking distance; in Scharbeutz and Timmendorf there are Aldi, Penny, Rewe etc. (there is also open on Sundays due to the tourist regulations) • Additional services included: Towels, bed linen, dish towels, soap, coffee, spices, detergent, etc. Guest access All rooms except for a study upstairs. Other things to note Well-behaved dogs that do not cause any damage are always welcome here. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats, as my husband has a strong cat hair allergy.
