(Capacity: 11 people) The 2 houses are connected from the inside, but this allows everyone to have their own space. The space We welcome you to our charming cottage, just 25 minutes from the sea and the beautiful beaches of Caroles and Jullouville, 10 minutes from the A84 highway exit. Ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. The large house offers: - a large living room with a Smart TV, a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large dining table for large families. - Upstairs, 4 large bedrooms await you, as well as 2 bathrooms, but also a large 35 m² east-facing terrace to enjoy the sun in the afternoon or in the evening. And in the small house - A double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor - A beautiful living room with kitchen, living room and a wood-burning stove to be able to have a good fire in the winter (optional) The staircase gives access to a superb 30m2 room in the attic.
