Loft Gästehaus

Your private loft in our old barn to relax and unwind in an absolutely quiet atmosphere with its own terrace, log cabin sauna and garden. The space Loft with 55 square meters in our (culture) barn is equipped with a comfortable Musterring sofa bed with two armchairs and side table. A flat-screen TV with Internet browser and an out-of-tune piano from the Gründerzeit period are at your disposal. They have their own wooden terrace and their own garden area. The historic Prussian vaulted ceiling of the former stable has been stylishly restored. Foot-warm tiles made of old bricks gently radiate the warmth of the underfloor heating in winter. Antique furniture completes the rustic ambience. A kitchenette with dishwasher, glass ceramic stovetop, extractor hood, fridge, microwave, toaster, Senseo, French press, coffee maker, kettle and plenty of dishes are available. In the private bathroom you will find a modern stone sink and toilet as well as an XL shower where you can comfortably cool off after the sauna. A hairdryer and towels are available in sufficient quantity. We produce electricity with our photovoltaic system beyond our own needs and also use the sun to support our heating system. In our (culture) barn with about 100 square meters of space, there is space and opportunity on two levels to celebrate stylishly in a rustic ambience outside the heating season. We have tables and chairs as well as dishes and event equipment for approx. 50 people tables and chairs as well as dishes and event equipment. The use is only offered in addition to the occupancy of the apartment and negotiated individually. Guest access The use of the loft apartment in our barn and a separate garden is exclusively for our guests. The log cabin sauna, which is located in another garden area that is difficult to see, offers comfortable space for two people. We will discuss its use. Garden shower, sun loungers and covers are mandatory. You are welcome to use our grill in the garden. Other things to note We don't smoke and the apartment is a non-smoking apartment. However, there are plenty of covered "smoking corners" outside the apartment on the premises.
