L'Ancien Atelier

Relax and de-stress in this beautiful area, just 250m from the gorgeous lac du Magnoac which has an abundance of water fowl, a 4km walking path, beach and in July and August a leisure area where pédalo, paddle boards and canoes can be hired. The two storey apartment is converted from an old workshop and is bright, characterful and comfortable, with views to the Pic du Midi from the bedroom. There is a small outdoor sitting area with shade from a magnificent Mulberry tree. The space The Old Workshop is at the far end of our house, we have a small holding with horses, a sheep, cats, dogs and chickens. The apartment has a modern kitchen, cosy sitting room with wood stove downstairs and a bright and airy bedroom and shower room upstairs with lake and mountain views (weather permitting!) Outside is a sitting area for enjoying the sunshine and eating alfresco. Car parking area is adjacent to the apartment. Access to the apartment is totally separate from the main house. We have storage for bikes and motorcycles under cover. Guest access The private terrace Other things to note 1km to the village with all essential amenities, cafes and restaurants. 45 minutes from the foothills of the Pyrenees. 1 hour 30 minutes from Toulouse, 40 minutes to Auch and Tarbes. The stairs to the bedroom are steep, so not suitable to those with limited mobility.
