The space At the centre of the barn is the open‑plan kitchen, dining and living area, designed for relaxed, comfortable living. High ceilings, exposed beams and soft natural tones create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for cooking, eating or unwinding after a day exploring the Cotswolds. The barn sleeps up to seven guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms: • Master bedroom (super‑king) – spacious, calm and beautifully furnished. • Second bedroom (king with en‑suite) – perfect for couples or guests wanting extra privacy. • Third bedroom (three singles) – bright, flexible and ideal for children or friends. The bathrooms include a modern family shower room and a private en‑suite, both finished to a high standard. Outside, the barn features a fully enclosed private courtyard — a safe, sunny spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. Guests with dogs: The driveway is shared, so all dogs must remain on a lead at all times, as we have two resident cats. Please note that the property is offered as a private holiday home only. It is not suitable for events, parties, gatherings, or hosting additional visitor and occupancy is limited to a maximum of eight guests for the entire duration of the booking.
